1. Are vouchers brand new?

Yes, all vouchers are bought or issued after we’ve received your order.

2. How long are the expiry dates?

Expiry dates depends on each Merchant’s terms and your date of purchase.

3. How does the packaging look like?

All vouchers bought will retain the original gift envelopes provided by the Merchant and attached with your gift message.

4. Why is there an extra $50 for each additional brand?

Each additional brand is an extra trip for us to purchase the vouchers, so the additional fees are to cover for the extra trips we have to make.

5. For Corporate purchases, why is there a 2% admin fee for 30 days payment period?

As we bear the costs of purchasing on your behalf. A 30 days payment period will limit our ability to serve other customers. So the admin fees are to cover for our lost opportunities.
