Our Privacy Policy was last updated and posted on 18 September 2018. It governs the privacy terms of our Websites, Loyalty System and our Mobile Application. How SoVou uses PII

General Enquiries
SoVou processes your personal data in order to follow up on your enquiry or interest in our solutions. This consists of information related to:
  • contact us form; and
  • registering interest for our solution demo; and
  • registering interest for to sell your Gift Voucher on our Platform.
Gift Voucher Purchases
SoVou processes your personal data in order to fulfill your order that requires delivery or tag your purchased digital vouchers to your verified mobile number for security. This consists of information related to:
  • the delivery and shipment of the vouchers you have purchased from us; and
  • managing everyday business needs functional to sale and post-sale; and
  • verifying digital voucher transactions (e.g. Claims, Gifts, etc.).
Subscribing to our client’s Loyalty / Marketing program
SoVou processes and stores your personal data in order to send you information about rewards and promotions by our client you subscribed to. This consists of information related to:
  • information about promotions and coupons; and
  • information about rewards and gift vouchers; and
  • updates and information about our client in general.
SoVou will also process your data in order to comply with laws, regulations and legislation, as well as enforcement of our judicial rights. Please note that if you purchase vouchers for individuals other than yourself, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the Privacy Law in respect of your submission to us of their personal information.

Sharing of PII

All PII is retained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2012 and other applicable data protection laws in the SG. We use PII to provide you with information about SoVou, to properly provide you with the Service and for marketing ourselves to you. It is our policy not to sell or pass any PII to any other organisations unless we are required to do so for fraud prevention and detection. We will never sell or rent your PII to anyone else for their marketing purposes without your consent.

However, we may pass your PII to our agents and subcontractors to help us with any of our uses of your data set out in this Policy. For example, we may use third parties to provide us with marketing or customer service assistance or send it to a credit card provider to process a payment.

If there is a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganisation or liquidation or SoVou Technologies Pte.
