- Gift voucher is equivalent to the stated amount in Singapore Dollars.

- Gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Any unutilized or remaining value of this voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

- Gift voucher is valid for six (6) months from date of issue unless otherwise stated. No extension will be entertained.

- Gift voucher is only valid and redeemable at participating shops and F&B outlets at Jem®.

- Gift voucher is only valid with the authorized signatory or stamp.

- Gift voucher will not be accepted if damaged, defaced and/or torn.

- Gift voucher is not valid for use at money-changing facilities, top-up card machines or any form of top-ups, transactions in relation to car park, purchases of cash cards/ gift vouchers/ memberships/ insurances/ travellers' cheques and payment of bills at any Jem® outlet and purchase of tickets from the Concierge Desk or atrium fairs (by non Jem® retailers).

- Jem® will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, experience or liability of any kind whatsoever suffered arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating outlet and the voucher holder or customer.

- Jem® shall have final and absolute discretion regarding the use of the vouchers.
